Cookie Policy

1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It can be used, for example, to remember preferences or to make certain services work.
2. The cookies and technologies we use
Our site is intentionally minimal: we use no advertising cookies. The only technologies involved are:
- Technical storage of your order (session local storage): used only to keep your cart contents during your visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to third parties for tracking.
- Audience statistics (Google Analytics): we measure site traffic anonymously in order to improve it. These cookies are only set after your consent. Until you accept, no measurement data is sent.
- YouTube video (Contact page): an embedded video is provided by YouTube, which may set third-party cookies when played. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; no data is sent to Google until you start the video.
3. Your consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies (statistics, YouTube video). You can change your choice at any time by returning to the site. Declining does not prevent you from using essential features (menu, ordering, booking).
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing session storage will simply empty your current cart.
